How will I be billed for my colonoscopy?
You may receive three bills. Get a more detailed explanation of our billing practices:
- One from the physician's office for the physician's services. You may call (330) 869-0124, option 7 to inquire about your bill for these services.
- One from the facility for the surgical suite/room or procedure center/hospital. You may call (330) 869-0178 to inquire about your bill for these services.
- One for lab charges, if there was a specimen taken. You may call (330) 403-6029 to inquire about your bill for these services.
Routine screening or diagnostic colonoscopy?
Get a more detailed explanation of our Routine Screening or Diagnostic Colonoscopy.
Routine Screening:
- No family history of colorectal problems
- No personal history of colorectal problems
- No personal, past or present gastrointestinal problems
- Age, as required by your insurance (please check with your insurance)
Diagnostic:
If for any reason routine screening requirements are not met, your procedure will be diagnostic.
How much will my insurance cover?
